The AGD 10 detects objects within its field of view fast and reliably, and is ideal for detecting screw threads, grip mouldings and edges or verification of reflective surfaces. This provides solutions for tasks like:

• Product orientation --> presence of grip mouldings
• Presence of all parts within a product group --> reflections, when parts are complete
• Part distinction (e.g. “polished” / “not polished”)
• Inspection of work processes, which produces reflective surfaces

Its high speed (3.5 to 6.5 ms cycle time) and compact design results in an easy and virtually problem free integration, even in machines, which have a high part-turnover
