DCI 10
The DCI 10 is easy to use, fast and intuitive. Configuration is done either via a two-page menu on the VSC 100 set-up unit, or the easier and faster way, by utilizing the teach signal through a simple push button.
The DCI 10 is ideal for checking the presence of different codes like date or lot numbers on packages. It compares the number of dark pixels in a freely adjustable search field against a taught-in example. If the code is changed, the search field can easily be adjusted via a teach button.
Its high speed (3.5 to 6.5 ms cycle time) and compact design results in easy and virtually problem free integration, even in machines, which have a high part-turnover rate.
